Infinui Knowledge Hub LLP (along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively referred to as "Aspire Defence", "SSB Simplified", "Company", "us", "we", or "our") is a leading ed-tech company, incorporated in India, for imparting learning. We value your trust. We at Aspire Defence strive to deliver quality education and learning experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided for our online and offline courses.

1. Online Courses

Due to the digital nature and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of online courses are final.

• No Refunds: Once an online course has been purchased, we do not offer any refunds, transfers, or credits, regardless of usage or completion status.

2. Offline Courses (In-Person/Classroom Learning)

We offer a limited refund option for our offline courses, considering logistical commitments and limited seating. Refunds for offline courses are subject to the following terms:

a) Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of Program Enrolment (i.e., the date on which the student is officially enrolled in the program).
• No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period under any circumstances, including non-attendance or discontinuation by the student.

b) Refund Calculation

• If a refund is requested and approved within the 14-day window:
• A deduction of 10% of the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the course will be applied as administrative and processing charges.
• The remaining 90% of the MRP will be refunded to the student.

c) Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method/account used during registration.
• Any applicable taxes or fees charged by payment gateways may be non-refundable depending on third-party provider policies.
• Refund processing may take up to 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
